Peyia is a coastal municipality situated in the western part of Cyprus (Pafos district). The Region of Peyia is inhabited since 4000 B.C. The Municipality itself was founded in 1994. The town has a population of 6,000 and its economy is mainly based on the tourism and agriculture sectors. Our Municipality is well known for its luxurious mansions. We are interested in participating in projects on the themes of culture, the environment, sport and sport tourism.

Annual activities: Music festival (14 August)
Points of interest: The Yeronisos island, the port of Saint George, the magnificent coral bay beach, the Laras beach (home of the caretta caretta sea turtles) and the Peyia fountain (built in 1907)
